Helping you understand your estimate before making a commitment
SecureDevis supports individuals who want to have a building or renovation estimate reviewed before signing. Our goal is simple: to provide a clear, independent and easy-to-understand opinion.
Making building estimates easier to understand
An estimate can include many technical items, quantities that are difficult to verify and prices that are not always easy to compare. SecureDevis helps you take a step back before approving your project.
Understand
We help you understand the items in the estimate, the amounts shown and the key points to check.
Compare
We review the proposed prices against levels generally observed on the market.
Decide
You receive a clear opinion to help you discuss the estimate with the company or request clarification before signing.
A clear, step-by-step review
We check the essential elements of your estimate in order to identify possible inconsistencies, unclear items and significant price differences.
- Detailed reading of the submitted estimate
- Review of prices, quantities and work items
- Identification of anomalies or points requiring clarification
- A concise summary to help you make your decision
